谷山浩子、拝郷メイコ at 新宿スペースゼロ

10/9、新宿スペースゼロで谷山浩子さんのコンサート。題して「猫森集会2003」。全8日間の日程中、ラスト２日間（Ｄプログラム）は拝郷メイコさんがゲストということで、両方のファンの私にとってはウレシイ組み合わせ。ちなみにふたりはヤマハの先輩後輩関係。サポートメンバーは石井AQさん(Syn)、渡辺等さん(Bs)。

じつはヒロコさんの歌をナマで聴くのは初めて。知らない曲も多かったが、ヒロコさんお得意のちょっと闇のあるファンタジー系の曲はやっぱりイイ。むか～し、ラジオの深夜放送を聴いていた頃を想い出したりもしながら、目を閉じて唄に聴き入ってしまった。

特にハマってしまったのが「よその子」（最新アルバム『宇宙の子供』収録）。8分もある長い曲なのだが、歌の情景のなかに一瞬で引き込まれ、後半は涙が止まらない。うわ～、泣かせられるとは予想外。ヤラレタ！ヒロコさんの歌で泣いたのは「カントリーガール」以来かも。

拝郷メイコさんは中盤に登場し、「ソイトゲヨウ」を１曲披露（ヒロコさんがピアノ伴奏）。ヒロコさんのファンには「トマトスープ」や「サーカス」なんかもいいんじゃないかなと思ったりして。MCではヒロコさんと漫画の話で盛り上がる。メイコさんが「漫画喫茶でタッチ全巻読みました」というと、ヒロコさんは「ちばあきおのキャプテン一気読みいいですよ～、ちば兄弟は全部いいですね、初期の少女漫画のちばてつやさんも面白い、ユキの太陽とか…」。でもメイコさんは「わからないかも…」。ここで世代のギャップが(笑)。ちなみに最近ヒロコさんが面白かったのは「ハンター×ハンター」だそうで、レコーディング中にも読んでたとか。このあと、メイコさんがコーラスで２曲参加。

ところで、前２日間のＣプログラムはオールリクエストだそうで、その場で客席からリクエストを取って歌うそうな。そりゃスゴイ。あと、スゴイといえば、ヒロコさんのウェブサイト。ファンが作ってるのかと思ったら、なんとご本人がhtml書いてるとのこと。そういえば初期の頃からNIFTYやってたもんな～。さすが！
