6/26、お茶の水労音会館で田中眞紀子さんのライブ。

「先月末から体調が悪くなって、やずやの黒酢を飲み始めたらかなりイケてます。夏が苦手で「夏はきらい」という歌もカッコつけて作りましたが、今日はこんなに暑いと思ってなかったので歌いません（笑）」

「昨年１年間で２曲しか作れませんでした。そのうちの１曲は、これから年を重ねていく自分の悩みを歌にしてみたんですけども、１部の最後に聴いてください。」

「誰が来てるのかと１部で思ってたんですが、知ってる人が来てることがわかりました（笑）。あ、ちょっと１分待ってもらえます？（と楽屋に戻ってごそごそ）。」

「古い歌を歌うと、ああ、ときどき古い歌も虫干ししてあげないとと思います。次の曲は10年歌い続けてるくせにわりと苦手です」

12. はしばみ色の恋
「昨年亡くなったアピアのママはひとことが凄く重くて、そのひとことで２年ぐらい研究してしまう。南正人さんの歌を聴いて、私はまだまだ青いとママに言ったら、いいじゃない赤くなれば！と言われました。次の曲はママの言葉をタイトルにしました」

現在の世の中の動きに呼応する歌詞の言葉ひとつひとつに揺さぶられる。ごく身近な生活の視点、時代を広く見渡すような高い視点、それぞれの場所へと往復をかさねながら人として大事なものを探すように聴くものを促す。拙速な解答を求める今の時代に、たくさんの人に聴いて欲しい歌だ。しかし、大切な歌だからこそ田中さんは自分の歌が安易に"流通"されることを拒んでいる（CD化しない）。やはりライブで五感を通して体験してこそ、田中さんの歌なのだ。そのポリシーを否定することは誰にもできない。

ところで、２部で明るいキレイな服に着替えて登場して、会場に歓声があがっていたりなんかして（笑）。
