ヒルギ at 新宿らんざんカフェ

11/3、ヒルギさんのライブを見に新宿らんざんカフェへ。ちょっと道に迷ったが開演時間の17時にギリギリセーフ。今回はデビューシングル発売記念ということで無料ライブ。しかし、まだまだ無名なので観客は少ない。開演間際まで店の前でスタッフが「無料ですので聴いていってください！」と呼び込みをしていた。

ヒルギさんはジーンズ姿で登場。サポートなしのアコギ弾き語り。年季の入ったギターが渋い。

2. 赤く染まった剱
3. where have you gone?
「沖縄の友達の言葉ですが、大木は強い風に吹かれて倒れてしまうけど柳はしなやかで元に戻る。そんな人間になろう。」
4. 生きる
「両親は宮古島の出身で、カナスムヌはそこの方言で愛する者という意味です。」
5. カナスムヌ
「沖縄でこだわって最後に歌っていた歌のひとつです。」
6. ンヌツヌアーグ（命の歌）

しっかりと魂のこもった歌を聴かせてくれた。特にデビュー曲の「カナスムヌ」は、サビのファルセットが強烈に胸に響く（ただしライブとCDとは曲の印象が違っていて、ライブの方が断然いいな～）。全体的にも好印象。ただ、心配なのは一般ピープルが元ちとせと比較してしまうかもしれないことだが、ヒルギさんが今後もしっかりと自作オリジナル曲を歌って、変にアレンジされなければ大丈夫に違いない。

場所が３～４階の吹き抜けの喫茶店。ライブ中も通常営業していたため客の話し声が筒抜けで耳障りだったが、ヒルギさんの歌声はチカラ強く客席に届いていた。
